Anirudh Ravichandran

our founder and head coach, is a passionate triathlete whose dedication to the sport and commitment to excellence have shaped the foundation of our training programs. With years of experience competing and coaching, Anirudh brings a wealth of knowledge, having qualified for the prestigious Ironman World Championships in Marbella, Spain. His approach to coaching goes beyond just physical training; he focuses on building mental resilience, strength, and a sustainable approach to endurance sports. Driven by a desire to see athletes grow and thrive, Anirudh designs programs that are both challenging and supportive, ensuring that each athlete not only reaches their goals but enjoys the journey along the way.

With extensive experience and a deep passion for endurance sports, Vinay is dedicated to helping every athlete reach their full potential. As an accomplished Strength and Conditioning expert and a competitor with podium finishes across India and races in Europe and Asia, Vinay brings invaluable insight into trail running, cycling, and adventure racing. Known for turning underdogs into champions, he combines expert guidance with a knack for building confidence and resilience. Through training sessions and workshops, Vinay shares his wisdom on strength, recovery, and trail mastery—helping athletes transform into stronger, more fearless competitors.

Susheel

Chand

Susheel’s energy and expertise in triathlon make him an invaluable leader for our team, bringing a unique mix of fun and determination to every session. As an Ironman triathlete and adventure racer, he knows the dedication it takes to excel in endurance sports. Over the years, he has coached a range of athletes—from recreational triathletes to corporate professionals—helping them achieve personal bests, Age Group podiums, and even World Championship slots. With a strong foundation in sports science, Susheel is committed to continuous learning, often publishing research on athletic performance and exploring innovative ways to help athletes reach new heights.
